This deed, made and entered into this 20th day of Sept 1911, between Emily J. Brown and J. L. Brown her husband and T. S. Waller and Mary Waller his wife and W. F. Waller and Eliza Waller his wife parties of the first part, and Louise Waller the party of the second part, Witness that said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars in hand paid (in land) and fifty dollars executed by one note of even date to T. A. Waller due one day after date with interest of sib percent per annum the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged , do hereby sell and convey to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, the undivided interest in the estate of H. J. Waller ( decd.) Barren County Ky., viz: First tract is bounded by P. B. Thomason and D. M. Atkinson containing acres more or less. ** note : there was no certain amount of acres mentioned Second tract beginning at a poplar in the land near the house thence S. 50 E. 38 poles to a white oak No. 13 E 8 ½ poles to a black gum Atkinson corner N 63 E 4 poles to a beech Atkinson corne N 27 ½ W 16 poles to a white oak Atkinson and Whaleys corner S 86 W 29 poles to the beginning containing 2 1/4 acres more or less. The title to said land was derived from Thomas A. Waller and Wife by deed of record in the Barren county Clerk’s office , in Deed Book #59 page 634, and bears date 23rd day of December 1880. A lien is retained to secure the payment of the unpaid purchase money . To have and to hold the same, with all the appurtenances thereon, to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, with a covenant of “General Warranty”.

I, H. D. Ralston, Clerk of the Barren county Court, certify that the foregoing deed to Louise Waller was on the 26 day of Sept. 1911, acknowledged by Emily J. Bown and J. L. Brown and T. A. Waller and Mary Waller and W. F. Waller and Eliza Waller before L. C. Biggers and acting Deputy Clerk for J. A. Murray, as appears from his endorsement thereon as follows: Acknowledged before me by Emily J. Brown and J. L. Brownand T.A. Waller and Mary Waller and W. F. Waller and Eliza Waller his wife to be their act and deed. J. A. Murray C.B.C.C By L. C. Biggers D.C. And was on the 14th day
of May 1918, filed in my office for recorded, and the same and this
