This Deed of conveyance made and entered unto by and between Thomas B. Waller and his wife Elizabeth A. Waller, Steven Waller and Alice Waller, his wife, C. W. Childress and his wife Cassandra Childress, Henrietta Waller and Martha Waller all of Barren Co. Kentucky and Hiram  Waller and his wife Cerilda Waller and D. J. Wilborn and his wife Lelah Wilborn of  Monroe Co, Kentucky and J. E Copass and his wife M. B. Copass of Indiana. All parties of the first part and H. J. Waller of the second party of Barren Co., Ky . Witnessth[as written] that for and in consideration of the sum of $ 50 fifty dollars payed [as Written] to Thomas B . Waller and wife fifty dollars, payed to Hiram Waller wife, fifty dollars payed to Steven Waller and wife, fifty dollars payed to Martha Waller and twelve dollars and fifty cents payed to C. W. Childress and wife, twelve dollars and fifty cents payed to D. J. Wilborn and wife, twelve dollars and fifty cents payed to Henrietta Waller, twelve dollars and fifty cents payed to J. E. Copass and wife, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the parties of the fist part has this day bargained and sold and by these presents do convey to the said second party their ___ undivided interest in our certain tract of land lying and being in Barren Co.  On the waters of Caney Fork Creek it being the land formerly owned by David A. Waller until his death and bounded as follows: Beginning at a beech and chestnut at the corner of S. H. ___ fence with an ___ line S 89 E 108 poles to a stake at Elliott’s fence, thence a new marked line S 1 W 105 poles to a sassafras in our original line with said line N 85 ½ W 108 poles to a black oak and gum thence, N 1 E 100 poles to the beginning, containing 71 acres be the same more of less. To have and to hold the dame with all the apperntenances [as written] thereon to the second party his heirs and assigns forever with covenant of General Warranty. The said Elizabeth A.Waller,Cerilda Waller, Alice Waller, M. B. Copass, Cassandra Childress, Lelah Wilborn each join their said husbands in this conveyance and marries all right to a dower   and to a homestead in and to the land herein conveyed. In testimony whereas our signatures this June 15, 1893.

Waller, Cerilda Waller, Steven Waller, C.W. Childress, Cassandra Childress, D. J. Wilborn, Lelah Wilborn, Henrietta Waller, Martha Waller to be their act and deed before B. L. Smith, then an acting deputy clerk for J. T. Wooten a ___ clerk of said county as appears from his endorsement thereon as follows: June the 15 1893

And was on the 5 day of September 1894 acknowledged by Alice Waller to be her act and deed before said deputy as appears from his further endorsement thereupon as follows: Sept 5 1894 acknowledged by Alice Waller to be her act and deed . J.T. Wooten CBCC, by B.L. Smith, D .C.   And was on this day filed in my office for record and the same and this certificate have been recorded in my said office with the one thereon endorsed.
