Elizabeth Waller to William F. Waller

This deed made between Elizabeth Waller widow of T. B. Waller of the first part , and William F. Waller of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One Hundred dollars cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, sell and convey to the party of the second part the following described real estate, lying and being in Barren County,  Kentucky and bounded as follows: the two tracts of land described in deed of date June 14, 1896 and recorded in co. Ct. Clk’s office of Barren Co. Deed book no. 40 page [left blank] . To which deed ref. & ____ is made for a more particular description. This deed covers whatever ___ said Elizabeth Waller has or may ever have in and to said tract of land . To have and to hold the same, with all the appurtenances thereon, to the second party heirs and assigns forever with covenant of the “General Warranty” .  I , N. D Terry, clerk of the Barren County Court, certify that the foregoing deed to William F. Waller was on the 6th day of January 1900, acknowledged by Elizabeth Waller to be her act and deed before B. L. Smith, an acting deputy clerk for uae as appears from his endorsement thereon as follows: “ January the 16th, 1900 acknowledged by Elizabeth Waller to be her act and deed . N. D. Terry C.B.C.C. By B. L. Smith D.C.”

And was on this day file in my office for record and the same and this certificate have been recorded in my said office.
