Oct 5, 1863 in Nashville, TN. Allegiance: UNION ARMY 05

Butler Clayborne was born in Hardin County, KY on 7 November 1878.
He served as the railroad stationmaster at Oil City, KY from 1911 to
1941. He was married in 1911 to Rebecca Louise (Lulie) Cox (30 April
1883 - 1 May 1982). They had four daughters and one son. Their son
died in infancy. Clayborne contracted polio in 1920, but recovered
except for a badly withered right leg which did not affect his work.
He died in 1943 |

two older persons may be my great-grandparents, JAMES NATHAN, born
-1855 / died - 1932 & ARLOTTA BOWEN CASH - born 1852 / died 1918.
They were both born in Cumberland County, migrated to Barren County
and are buried in a Kinslow Cemetery on Finney Road, Barren County,
Ky. James Nathan is the son of Phillip S. Cash and the father of
Finas Cash 08 Curtis Chambers, contributed by Judy Miles
Chambers. Son of John Chambers and Bettie Elliott, Happy Hollow
area. 09 Elizabeth Pollard Denton, contributed by Juanita
Embry Lindsey. Elizabeth (Pollard) Denton, mother of Mary Jane
(Denton) 10 Dr. David Donan, who is found in Barren, Hart
and Metcalfe Co. He resided at Three Springs 11 William M.
and Martha Allen Edwards, contributed by Dan Gallagher. William M.
Edwards Jr., b. 1841 Barren Co., KY, d. 1927, Pittsburg, KS, m.
